Sartiah Karpeh was born unto the union of Mr. and Mrs. Karpeh in Bomi County on February 12, 2002 at the Liberia Government Hospital in Tubmanburg, Bomi County. Sartiah Karpeh started his primary education at the Eric Z. Zinnah Elementary School and was later taken to the St. Dominic Catholic High School in Tubmanburg, Bomi County. Due to financial difficulties, he was later taken to the United Pentecostal Mission School, there he completed his primary education and began his secondary education. Another difficulties erupted, after the sickness of his mother, he left the United Pentecostal Mission School and enrolled at the C. H. Dewey Central High School, when thing started to settle, he left C. .H. Dewey Central High School to the St. Dominic Catholic High School, there he completed his high school education as the Valedictorian for the graduating class 2018/2019.
Sartiah Karpeh is currently a computer literate and the current General Secretary for the Sheriff Info Center in Vai Town #1 Community, Tubmanburg, Bomi County, where he works.
